2. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Uzone’s reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity.

3. Orders & Payments
All payments are securely processed through Razorpay and other authorized payment gateways.
Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement, provided processing has not begun.
Uzone’s may cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or system issues.

4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy:
Instant refund to Uzone’s Wallet for eligible cancellations.
Refund to original payment method within 7 days via Razorpay.
Uzone’s Loyalty Points & Wallet Policy
1. Points Earning:
Loyalty points aapko app me purchases ya promotions ke through milte hain.
Points ka value company ke rules ke hisaab se decide hota hai.
2. Points Value:
Points ka value future me up ya down ho sakta hai.
Aapko wo value milegi jo points milne ke waqt valid thi.
Company rate changes ya system glitches ke case me bhi original point value hi provide karegi.
3. Points Conversion:
Points ko wallet me convert karna recommended hai turant.
Minimum conversion: 1 point.
Turant conversion se aapka balance secure rahega aur future fluctuations ka risk nahi hoga.
4. Usage:
Wallet me converted points app ke orders ya services me use kiye ja sakte hain.
Points kabhi cash me convert nahi kiye ja sakte.
5. Validity & Expiry:
Points ke value promotional period company ke rules ke hisaab se honge.
6. Amendments:
Company terms aur points policy kabhi bhi update / modify kar sakti hai.
Updated policy app me aur T&C page me reflect hoga.

5. Wallet Usage
Funds in Uzone’s Wallet can only be used for purchases within the app.
Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-withdrawable under any circumstances.

Item Verification & Receiver Responsibility
1. Item Verification: All items must be checked by the receiver in front of our rider at the time of delivery. 📲 WhatsApp confirmation will be sent instantly to the receiver as proof of verification.
2. Receiver Responsibility: If the receiver or their representative does not verify the item in front of our rider, or faces any issue but does not inform immediately, ⚠️ Uzone’s shall not be held responsible for any complaints arising later.
3. Open Checking Facility: ✨ Only Uzone’s provides this open checking facility to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
4. Instant Support: 💬 Real-time assistance is available whenever needed. Customers are encouraged to contact Uzone’s support immediately for any issues.

📦 Parcel Handling & Delivery Privacy Policy
If you are sending any personal item (private belonging), please mention it clearly in the note section while placing your order.
Our delivery team will not open the package or take pictures of the contents in front of the receiver. They are only authorized to capture a photo of the sealed parcel for record purposes.
Customers are requested to ensure that all personal items are properly sealed before pickup.
Please also mention parcel details, such as parcel name and quantity, in the note section on your order billing page.
This process helps maintain transparency, ensures safety, and protects customer privacy during delivery.

We collect only the information necessary to deliver and improve our services.
