All payments are securely processed through Razorpay and other authorized payment gateways.

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement, provided processing has not begun.

Uzone’s may cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or system issues.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy:

Instant refund to Uzone’s Wallet for eligible cancellations.

Refund to original payment method within 7 days via Razorpay.

3. Points Conversion:

Points ko wallet me convert karna recommended hai turant.

Minimum conversion: 1 point.

Turant conversion se aapka balance secure rahega aur future fluctuations ka risk nahi hoga.

4. Usage:

Wallet me converted points app ke orders ya services me use kiye ja sakte hain.

Points kabhi cash me convert nahi kiye ja sakte.

5. Validity & Expiry:

Points ke value promotional period company ke rules ke hisaab se honge.

6. Amendments:

Company terms aur points policy kabhi bhi update / modify kar sakti hai.

If you are sending any personal item (private belonging), please mention it clearly in the note section while placing your order.

Our delivery team will not open the package or take pictures of the contents in front of the receiver. They are only authorized to capture a photo of the sealed parcel for record purposes.

 

Customers are requested to ensure that all personal items are properly sealed before pickup.

Please also mention parcel details, such as parcel name and quantity, in the note section on your order billing page.

 

This process helps maintain transparency, ensures safety, and protects customer privacy during delivery.
