Orders cancelled within 15 minutes of placement and before processing are eligible for a full refund.
Refunds are also allowed in case of:
Wrong item delivered
Damaged product received
Incomplete order
(Valid photo/video proof must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.)

Uzone’s Wallet: Refund is processed instantly to your wallet and can be used in your next order.
Original Payment Method (via Razorpay): Refund is processed within 5-7 days to the same payment method used at checkout.
๐ซ Non-Refundable Items
Used, customized, or perishable products are not eligible for refunds unless found damaged or incorrect.
Digital/downloadable items are non-refundable.
